REFUND POLICY (U.S. ONLY)
We hope you love your Scarlett Poppies purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please ensure all items meet our return conditions before sending them back. Approved returns can be refunded, exchanged, or issued as store credit.
If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately at care@scarlettpoppies.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
A product is considered faulty if:
- It has a genuine manufacturing defect; or
- It does not match the product description provided at the time of purchase.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return shipping). If the same product is unavailable, you may choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Damage from wear, washing, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- Loose threads are not considered defects, as they are a natural result of the artisanal manufacturing process and can be safely trimmed.
We accept returns due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind provided that:
- The item is in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- The item is free from stains, marks, perfume, or other odors.
- The round return disclaimer tag is still attached.
- You can provide proof of purchase.
If all return conditions are met, we offer:
- A refund to your original payment method
- A store credit
- An exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability)

Once your return is approved, please pack your item carefully and attach the return label provided. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in cases of change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Important: Items must be received and inspected by us before we can process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returns are processed within one week of receipt at our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional week for the refund to appear on your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Return shipping is non-refundable, unless your item is confirmed to be faulty.
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, or for faulty products only.
All products marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We maintain a flexible returns policy, but repeated returns that do not comply with our conditions may result in restrictions on future orders or account closure at our discretion.
