Shipping & Returns (U.S. ONLY)
Orders placed on scarlettpoppies.us are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and delivered within the United States only.
- Orders placed before 11am EST on weekdays are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 11am EST are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed after 11am on Fridays are shipped the following Monday.
- Delivery and tracking details are shared by email once the order is shipped.
Please note: Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Ground Shipping on orders over $499
- UPS Ground Shipping – $15 for orders under $499
- UPS 2nd Day Delivery – $25
- UPS Overnight Delivery – $40
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be initiated via our returns portal: Start your return here
- Once your return is approved, please pack your item carefully and attach the return label provided.
- Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in cases of change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Returns are typically processed within one week of receipt at our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional week for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Item(s) purchased via our online store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Please check returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at care@scarlettpoppies.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Subject to compliance with the above timeframes for returns, we will offer refund, store credit or exchange for a change of mind or for incorrect sizing if:
- The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in pristine condition so that it can be re-sold.
- The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customer's possession or during delivery.
- The customer has proof of the garment purchase.
- The round return disclaimer tag is attached to the garment.
- All products ON SALE are considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are available for the above-mentioned products.
Note: ‘damage’ may include the presence of any fake tan, make up or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other product and odours on the garment.
Please note, we provide exchanges for the same item, different size or colour only.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure your return is trackable.
- We cannot accept returns that do not meet our return conditions. These will be returned to the sender.
