SECTION 21 – PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted in U.S. Dollars. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Customers should retain transaction records for their reference.

SECTION 22 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY (U.S. ONLY)

Orders placed on scarlettpoppies.us are shipped domestically within the United States and are not subject to international customs duties or taxes.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $499
UPS Ground Shipping – $15 (for orders of $498 and below)
UPS 2nd Day Delivery – $25
UPS Overnight Shipping – $40

Estimated delivery times and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

SECTION 23 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

U.S. customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For full return instructions, refer to our U.S. Return Policy.

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds are processed once the item is received and approved.

SECTION 24 – GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for 3 years, non-refundable, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
